This absinthe turns a beautiful milky white when water is added, and marries the rich flavor of anise and fennel with the slight bitterness of wormwood. Several local botanicals add additional aromatics to this refreshing spirit. Its delicate complexity makes this absinthe ideal for enjoying with chilled water and mixed in classic cocktails.

Corsair Red Absinthe is a unique interpretation of the spirit, combining a traditional absinthe recipe with unconventional ingredients like citrus, tarragon and red Hibiscus flowers. When water is added, Corsair Red develops a lovely pink-hued pearlescent louche and offers pronounced floral aromas backed by anise, fennel, citrus and spice. The Hibiscus flowers are very apparent on the palate, lending bittersweet floral notes which are complemented by tangy citrus fruit, grassy herbal notes and a delicate spiciness. Although certainly not a traditional absinthe, Corsair Red is a distinctive expression that will also add a unique element to both classic and modern cocktails.

Absinthe was banned in the United States for nearly a century, and Kubler is the first genuine Swiss absinthe to be released in the U.S. market since. Produced at the Lost Spirits Distillery in California, Obsello II is a highly aromatic, remarkably complex, and thoroughly intriguing spirit. While the original release used grape spirit as a base, Obsello II begins with rum. Master Distiller Bryan Alexander Davis reformulated the blend of botanicals to complement the new base spirit, combining wormwood, anise, fennel, star anise, coriander, lemon balm and hyssop flowers to create a incredibly distinctive absinthe with an elegant, attractive louche. The spirit was rested in casks before bottling, lending a subtle oak note which complements the long, herbal finish.
