La Charlotte Absinthe Superieure draws from absinthe's history: it is named for a vintage brand, and is based upon the Devoille's traditional recipe. Each botanical is distilled individually, and following blending, is macerated with a second batch of herbs to create its natural green color. This is a balanced, flavorful absinthe with a hint of fruit on the palate and a remarkably opaque louche.

Vieux Pontarlier's aromas evolve after pouring, starting with bright anise and developing heady alpine herb notes with savory, lightly mentholated hints of wormwood.
