Dark ruby in color, Altos las Hormigas "Appellation Vista Flores" Malbec offers a complex, aromatic nose with notes of red current, black cherry, pomegranate, licorice, and mint with a hint of leather. The well rounded, full-bodied palate offers aromas of red and blue fruits, spice and herbs, leading to a long finish accented by touch of dark chocolate.

Bright violet in color, Bodegas La Cartuja Priorat is a blend of 70% Garnacha and 30% Carinena. It is aged for 6 months, half in 225-liter and half in 300-liter French oak barrels. The result is a supple yet sold red with good density and structure, offering a highly perfumed bouquet that evokes aromas of dark berries, fresh flowers and mountain herb. The full-bodied palate is juicy and energetic on the palate, with a silky texture and fine-grained tannins accompanied by notes of blackberry, cassis, graphite and crushed rocks. Pronounced minerality and subtle smoky undertone appears on the finish.

Composed of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Mourvedre, Bogle "Phantom" is an intense, aromatic red aged for thirty months in American oak. An inviting nose of plum, boysenberry and blackberry is accented by hints of pipe tobacco and black pepper, while the palate is bursting with ripe raspberry, cranberry and cherry. Soft notes of clove and vanilla appear on the lingering finish.

Produced according to an authentic 19th century recipe, Bols Barrel Aged Genever is an exceptional new expression of their aged genever series. This recipe is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, lending the spirit a pale golden color and adding complex notes of vanilla, apricot and spice to the herbaceous, juniper flavors of the original Bols Genever. The nose offers intriguing, malty aromas with oak spice, while slightly sweet notes of vanilla, caramel and cinnamon complement the rich, full bodied palate and lead to a spicy, complex finish.

Composed of 100% Malbec, Chateau de Haute-Serre "Grand Vin Seigneur" Cahors is a complex, fruit-forward wine offering aromas of ripe berry, nutmeg, cinnamon and roasted bean. The full-bodied palate offers balanced acidity and velvety tannins with additional notes of vanilla, red fruit, spice and leather. Hints of liquorice and spice lingers through the long finish.


Inspired by an ancient Piedmont recipe, Del Professore Vermouth di Una Volta is hand crafted from only the best Moscato delle Langhe, pure brown sugar, and high quality alcohol infused with 16 spices. The alcohol goes through a long maceration with natural spices and then the infusion is mixed with wine and sugar. It is then left in the bottles to rest for months to achieve the perfect maturity. No caramel coloring was added. This pleasantly complex and perfectly sweet vermouth can be enjoyed neat as an aperitif, but it really sings in a Manhattan or Negroni.

Crafted from 100% Xinomavro following an old school, traditional method without any new wood and very little intervention, Domaine Karydas Naoussa opens with complex floral aromas with underlying notes of herb, earth and cherry fruit on the nose, that carries over to the full-bodied palate with silky tannins and firm acidity. Picked from amongst the stock of Eagle Rare's carefully tended storehouse, this is a uniquely complex, impeccably balanced bourbon that retains the distinctive character of the category. When poured, sweet aromas of grain, honey, and tobacco emerge from the glass. The palate has distinct flavors of charred oak, raisin, and almond which leads to notes of caramel on the finish. Enjoy straight, on the rocks, or with a few drops of water.


Crispin's Rose Liqueur is produced by Greenway Distillers: a company founded by distiller Crispin Cain, and his business partner Tamar Kaye. Using an old family recipe, Cain produces wine from honey and apples which is a mixture of 89% apple juice and 11% honey, and then distills it over a five day period to make their eau-de-vie on the antique Germain-Robin Cognac still. The roses are first infused in the eau de vie, then they are gently pressed in their 30 liter basket press that is only used for roses! On the nose the eau de vie has a full caramel character with obvious apple tones, this complements flawlessly with the extraction of roses. Absolutely no artificial coloring is added.

Jefferson's "Chef's Collaboration" Limited Edition Whiskey is the latest release from this small whiskey blending company. It all began as a late night conversation over food between friends Trey Zoeller of Jefferson's and Chef Edward Lee. After tasting some of chef Edward Lee’s culinary creations led Trey to the idea that someone should blend a bourbon that would pair well with the bold flavors in chef Lee’s cookbook and other modern cuisine. After about 9 months of trial & error, they were finally struck on the idea of a bourbon/rye blend. The result is a lovely, softer than most rye/bourbon blend, offering spicy upfront and a fruity finish, enhanced by the addition of rye whiskey into the mix. Perfect with meals, for mixing cocktails or simply drinking neat.

Burnished bronze in color, Laird's 12 Year Old Rare Apple Brandy is crafted from tree ripened apples and fermented using the naturally occurring yeasts on the apple. It is then pot distilled, aged in charred oak barrels for 12 years and charcoal filtered before bottling by hand at 88 proof. The result is a full-bodied spirit with intense aromas of caramel, nutmeg, vanilla, baked coffee and oak, followed by lingering notes of raisin, maple and tobacco leading to a graceful finish.

Rowan's Creek Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey is named for the distillery's limestone-filtered water source. This bourbon is distilled, aged, and bottled in small batches, and each bottle is hand-numbered with its batch number. At a full 100.1 proof, this is assertive stuff, yet it is still delightfully sippable. Slightly lighter than Noah's Mill, it displays caramel, dried fig, smoke, cedar, leather, white fruit, and dried flower notes on the nose and palate. Complex and intriguing, this is a special whiskey for any occasion.

Springbank "Green" 12 Year Old Campbeltown Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the first release in Springbank's Green series introduced in the latter half of 2014. The "Green" denotes the barley used in the production was organic. This 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky matured entirely in bourbon casks before bottling at a pleasing 92 proof. The light color of this malt belies the richness of its character. The nose suggests a wide range of aromas, from citrus fruits to pears and a hint of peat. The palate excites even further with a touch of smoke, vanilla essence, nutmeg, cinnamon and a salty tang characteristic of Springbank.
