Crafted from 90% Malbec and 10% Merlot and separately aged for nine months in oak barrels, cement and stainless steel tanks and then blended together, Bodega Noemia "A Lisa" Malbec is dense violet and plum in color offering aromas of dark berries, cherry, cocoa and spice on the nose. The medium bodied, balanced palate offers persistent tannins with notes of dark fruit, cassis, smoked meat and white pepper.

Dark cherry in color, Bodegas del Campo "Pagos de Quintana" Ribera del Duero Crianza opens with a clean and bright nose of fresh red fruit, vanilla, cocoa, candied fruit and toasted oak. The full bodied palate is well structured with polished tannins and balanced acidity, offering notes of ripe black fruit, banana, berry jam, toast and earth. Bold notes of spice and hints of cherry lingers through the long finish.

Bogle Vineyards "Phantom" Red is composed of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Mourvedre and aged for thirty months in American oak, offering an inviting nose of plum, boysenberry and blackberry, accented by hints of pipe tobacco and black pepper, while the palate is bursting with ripe raspberry, cranberry and cherry. Soft notes of clove and vanilla appear on the lingering finish.

Cave Spring Estate Bottled Riesling is made from some of their oldest, lowest-yielding vines. The vines are spread across seven individual blocks ranging in age from 9 to 39 years, with an average vine age of about 20 years. The wine went through a cool-temperature fermentation over a 3 week period in stainless steel tanks using a range of selected yeasts to enhance complexity. fermentation was arrested at medium dryness by chilling. The wine remained on the fine lees for 3 months prior to bottling. The resulting wine presents a nose with seamless aromas of tangerine, lemon and wet slate, with undertones of cut grass and anise. The palate is full, silky and off dry with plenty of acidity offering notes of grapefruit and yellow plum. Subtle notes of fresh basil and crushed-stone lingers through the long finish.

Crafted from an unusual blend of 80% Tannat and 20% Cabernet Franc, Chateau Peyros Madiran Vieilles Vignes is dark ruby in color, offering bold aromas of blackberry, red cherry, nutmeg and sweet tobacco leaf on the nose. The full-bodied palate is well coated with tannins and balanced acidity with notes of fresh black fruit, spice, dark chocolate and gravel. Pair it with roasted red meat, saucy meat, spicy Tartar, duck breast. Decant before serving.

The vineyard of De Martino "Limavida" is located within the coastal mountain range of the Maule Valley and was planted in 1945. Sitting atop pure granite soils, these non-grafted vines are dry farmed and head trained. De Martino "Limavida" Single Vineyard Old Vines Field Blend is created from 85% Malbec 7.5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7.5% Carmenere, offering intense aromas of violets and notes of aniseed combine with red fruits followed by hints of licorice and smoky undertones. Nuances of citrus and orange peel develops overtime. The rich acidity is balanced by fine tannins on the long finish. Enjoy with grilled steaks, lamp chops, hearty pasta dishes, or stews.

Crafted from 100% Xinomavro following an old school, traditional method without any new wood and very little intervention, Domaine Karydas Naoussa opens with complex floral aromas with underlying notes of herb, earth and cherry fruit on the nose, that carries over to the full-bodied palate with silky tannins and firm acidity. After fermentation, this Agorgitiko is aged for 12 months in French oak casks, and then bottled without chilling or filtration. The results is a bold, ripe and age-worthy red that pairs extremely well with red meat dishes that are rich, intense and spicy.

Crafted from the same core spirit that’s used in Patron Silver, Patron "7 Anos" Anejo Tequila is aged for seven years in toasted French oak casks. This deep amber colored extra anejo opens with hint of agave and quickly moves on to vanilla, black pepper, clove and oak on the nose. The effect of oak on the palate is soft and balanced making the mouthfeel to be much lighter and delicate with underlying notes of dried fruit, roasted agave, ginger, clove and black pepper. Purple Hands Dundee Hills "Latchkey Vineyard" Pinot Noir is created from 100% Pommard Pinot Noir clone and aged for 12 months in oak barrels (75% neutral oak, 25% new oak). The result is a balanced wine with beautiful expressions of boysenberry, cinnamon, cotton candy and cardamom aromas on the nose. The palate is silky with a fine-grained texture offering additional notes of red cherry, stone chocolate, mineral red earth, venison and gamey salt. Shaw Vineyard Riesling Reserve wine is created from grapes produced in their own vineyard as well as sourced grapes from some of the highest-quality growers of the Finger Lakes region. This wine is produced from the gently pressed, superior first free-run juice of the grapes. After undergoing a gradual and supervised fermentation, the wine is fermented for three weeks at a low temperature in stainless steel vats followed by its stabilizing process and malolactic fermentation.
