Ruby red in color, Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino is crafted from 100% Sangiovese Grosso. After light pressing fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 82F and then maceration on the skins for 21-25 days with frequent delestage, the wine is aged for 24 months in Slovenian and French oak barrels of 60 - 160 HL followed by another 12 months of aging in the bottle. On the nose, Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino opens with spicy notes of chili and pepper with undertones of strawberry and raspberry. The full-bodied palate offers velvety tannins with additional nuance of fresh flower, blackcurrant and earthy minerals. Subtle notes of salty undertone lingers through the long finish. Pair it with red meat, game, mushrooms or truffles. Also excellent with cheeses such as aged tomes, Parmesan, Tuscan pecorino.

The 2010 Vino Nobile Montepulciano is a blend of 90% Prugnolo gentile, the Sangiovese clone native to Montepulciano, and 10% Canaiolo nero. This savory wine has earthy and fruity fragrances of underbrush, spice and plum. The palate delivers a lush dark cherry flavor, accented by white pepper, cinnamon and licorice spice. With its fresh acidity and firm but elegant tannins, this has complexity and modest aging potential.

Named as the "best young Barco Reale ever tasted" by Ian D'Agata of the International Wine Cellar, Fattoria Ambra "Barco Reale di Carmignano" is an artful blend of Sangiovese, Uva Francesca (Cabernet), Canaiolo Nero and other red varietals. The nose offers bright aromas of red berry fruit, with subtle floral and vanilla notes adding depth and complexity. Ripe redcurrant, cherry and cranberry appear on the palate, where lively acidity and polished tannins lend shape and structure. Hints of violet and marzipan linger through the finish.

Fattoria Rodano Poggialupi Mate Brunello di Montalcino Mocali Brunello di Montalcino

Fattoria Poggialupi is a stellar value wine made from grapes sourced from all over the Chianti Classico region. Though it boasts all the bright fruit and balanced acidity of a fine Chianti, it's ready to enjoy now. Composed of 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot matured in a combination of large botti and small barrique barrels.

93 Points - Wine Spectator
Mate Brunello di Montalcino is a full, luscious, and ripe Tuscan red with abundant blueberry, blackberry, and plum notes. Layers of fresh herbs and impeccably balanced oak round out this deeply satisfying red.

90 Points - Wine Spectator
Mocali Brunello di Montalcino is a remarkable red; relative to comparable Montalcino bottles, this complex Sangiovese is a truly remarkable value. Vinified from grapes grown in marl and limestone soil, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and aged for three years in large Slovenian oak casks, this wine maintains traces of terroir while benefiting from the winemaker's skill; both the nose and palate are infused with a subtle minerality distinctive to the Mocali vineyards, while the oak influence is present but perfectly integrated. With a complex and balanced nose of raspberry, licorice, chocolate, sweet spice, cinnamon, and coffee, this Brunello is concentrated, vibrant, and utterly ageworthy.

Rocca di Montegrossi Vin Santo del Chianti Classico Bottle of red Italian "Tiziano Chianti" made with Sangiovese and Caniolo grapes Volpaia Chianti Classico

98 Points - Wine Spectator
On the palate it's velvety, with intense, complex persistent apricot, dried fig, toasted almond, date and caramel aromas, yet almost weightless as it layers the apricot, honey and burnt molasses flavors effortlessly from start to finish. Shows amazing harmony, and the flavors last long after there is no liquid on the palate. It will work very well as a dessert wine, with dry confectionary or crme brle, and it will also work well with blue cheeses and foie gras. Drink now through 2025. 208 cases made.

Composed of 95% Sangiovese and 5% Caniolo grapes, this wine is produced from fruit selected from some of the finest hillside vineyards of the region. Fragrant aromas of berry and violet from the Sangiovese blend seamlessly with the soft, smooth texture that the Caniolo brings. Tiziano pairs well with pasta and red sauce, yet has enough body and character to complement grilled meat dishes.

Volpaia Chianti Classico is 90% Sangiovese, with the remaining 10% being a blend of Merlot and Syrah. Aged in Slovenian oak for 14 months, this wine offers vibrant red fruit notes and hints of spice that lead to fine tannins, balanced acidity and a lingering, fruit-forward finish.
