Botromagno Gravina Botromagno Primitivo Li Veli Passamante Salento Negroamaro

Botromagno Gravina is a dry, delicate white composed of 60% Greco and 40% Malvasia. Abundant aromas of peach, white currant, and fresh wildflowers introduce a similarly generous palate. Enjoy with oysters, shellfish, and a wide array of Asian cuisines.

Brilliant ruby-red in color with violet reflections, Botromagno Primitivo is composed of 100% Primitivo. The wine went through malolactic fermentation for about 12 days in stainless steel tanks and before bottling, aged for four months in stainless steel tanks as well. The resulting wine offers aromas of black cherries, vanilla, cinnamon and sage with subtle notes of mint and tobacco. This big bodied wine is velvety on the palate with balanced acidity and softer tannins. Pairs well with salami, aged cheese, grilled meats and fowl.

Composed entirely of Negroamaro, this red is aged for six months in oak casks and stainless steel, and then for an additional six months in bottle prior to release. Extremely aromatic, flavorful and fruit-forward, this red makes an excellent companion for vegetable stews, light pasta dishes, and young cheeses.

Tratturi Primitivo di Salento

Named after the ancient drovers trails carved into the countryside of Puglia, Tratturi Primitivo di Salento is a fresh, unoaked red with lively notes of ripe berries and fresh flowers on both the nose and palate. A balancing spiciness lingers through the delicate finish.
