Dark cherry with purple hues in color, Alta Alella "Privat" Garnatxa offers a vibrant nose of black currant, red fruit and floral, specially violet aromas. Alvaro Palacios, part of the pioneering new generation of Spanish winemakers, was born into a winemaking family. He studied oenology in Bordeaux at Chateau Petrus, and then acquired his first vineyard in 1990. Since, his wines have become critically praised and widely enjoyed. Carmins del Priorat is a blend of Carignan, Grenache, Cabernet, and Syrah; an exuberantly youthful wine, this is a red to enjoy with friends.

Les Terrasses is composed of 40% Carinena, 40% Garnacha, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. This red displays aromas of ripe black fruit, with firm tannins balancing pronounced plum, black cherry and chocolate on the palate.

Crafted from 100% free run juice from the Macabeu, Parellada, and Xarel-lo grapes, Avinyo Cava Brut is a greenish yellow colored wine with aromas of bright white fruit, orange, honey and toasted bread. The palate is dry, fresh and vibrant with additional notes of white flower, sweet spice and fresh herbs. Hints of ripe pear lingers through the long, dry finish.

Bright violet in color, Bodegas La Cartuja Priorat is a blend of 70% Garnacha and 30% Carinena. It is aged for 6 months, half in 225-liter and half in 300-liter French oak barrels. The result is a supple yet sold red with good density and structure, offering a highly perfumed bouquet that evokes aromas of dark berries, fresh flowers and mountain herb. The full-bodied palate is juicy and energetic on the palate, with a silky texture and fine-grained tannins accompanied by notes of blackberry, cassis, graphite and crushed rocks. Pronounced minerality and subtle smoky undertone appears on the finish.

Cavas Llopart "Leopardi" Cava Brut Rose is an intriguing blend of Mouvedre, Grenache and Pinot Noir, which was aged for eighteen months in the bottle prior to being released. A bright, fruit-forward bouquet leads to a dry, pleasantly crisp palate offering vibrant notes of fresh strawberry, cherry and blueberry. A subtle minerality emerges on the finish.

A blend of 63% Garnacha and 37% Carinena, Cims del Montsant is made from grapes grown at the foot of the Montsant in the Siurana valley and aged for five months in French oak barrels. This medium-bodied wine starts of with a floral bouquet of bright red fruit, strawberry pastille and red currant preserves on the nose. The well structured palate offers good depth of fruit with mulberry, dark plum flavors with underlying notes of fresh ginger and baking spice towards a bold, focused finish.

J. Miquel Jane Penedes Red Laurona Montsant Red Spanish Les Cousins "L'Inconscient" Priorat wine with wild berry, lavendar & blackberry

This blend of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French and American barriques for 3 months and then refined in the bottle. Prominent aromas of raspberry and blueberry lead to a full, fruit forward palate with well-integrated notes of fresh herbs and smoke.

Laurona shows intense and complex aromas of black currants, plums, minerals and violets. The palate is rich with flavors of strawberry, raspberry, rose petal, and mineral underscored by a slight herbaceous note and ripe tannins.

This is a bold, powerful red blend that offers assertive acidity and bold tannins. A complex nose of wild berry, lavender, blackberry and incense merges with bold notes of dark fruit, cinnamon, tobacco and leather on the palate. The lengthy finish is accentuate by hints of toasted oak, sweet spice.
