Avua Prata Cachaca is a crisp, vibrant spirit which has been distilled in copper pot stills and rested in stainless steel casks for six months before being hand bottled. Distinctive
notes of fresh sugarcane are complemented by delicate hints of
wildflower, lemongrass and dried herbs, which add character to the
classic Caipirinha as well as other excellent cocktails.

Avua Amburana Cachaca has been matured for at least twenty four months in casks made from amburana, an indigenous wood found only in the forests of Latin America. The resulting spirit offers warm, savory notes of allspice, cinnamon, vanilla and Thai basil, backed by earthy sugarcane. A hint of toasted almond emerges on the finish.

Though great for caipirinhas, Mae de Ouro Cachaca is captivating on the rocks. Distilled in small batches and aged in oak for a year, this Cachaca has delicate characteristics of vanilla and pepper mingled with the sweet character of sugar cane.
