ArteNOM Seleccion de 1146 Tequila Anejo Casa Noble Tequila Anejo Cazadores Tequila Anejo

ArteNOM "Seleccion de 1146" Tequila Anejo is created by Master Distiller Enrique Fonseca at Casa Tequileña in Atotonilco el Alto, Jalisco. Sixty percent of this anejo was matured in French oak for two years, while forty percent was matured in French oak for three years. They were then expertly married together and aged for one more year in American White Oak bourbon barrels, resulting in an exceptional spirit with remarkable underlying complexity. Inviting aromas of mature agave, toasted almond and creamy vanilla are followed by layered notes of dried fruit, baking spice and black pepper on the palate. Complementing hints of vanilla and oak emerge on the long, earthy finish.

Double Gold Medal - San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2000
Rated Four Stars "Superb" - F. Paul Pacult, Spirit Journal

Matured in French oak for two years, the Casa Noble Anejo is extra aged to perfection and produced in limited quantities. Mild aromas of pepper, herb, and oak transform over time into vivid notes of resin, vanilla, mature agave, and almond. The palate entry is softly sweet and oaky, but quickly changes with intense flavors of nut butter, pepper, and light caramel that follow through to the long, elegant finish.

This top-of-the-line tequila has an authentic, smooth flavor that comes from aging for at least 12 months in new, small, American white oak casks.
