Both the nose and palate offer layered notes of dried orchard fruit, honey, vanilla, creamy caramel and citrus zest, supported by bold oak and spicy toffee. Hints of dark chocolate and leather linger through the long, oak-driven finish.

Jameson Select Reserve Black Barrel is a limited edition Irish Whiskey
that is expertly crafted from two types of whiskey - first, a blend of
malted and unmalted barley is distilled in pot stills and then aged in
used sherry casks. It is then blended with rare, small batch grain
whiskey which has been matured in deep-charred ex-bourbon barrels from
Wild Turkey. The sherry casks impart subtly sweet flavors of roasted
almonds, which is beautifully balanced by notes of vanilla, toasted wood
and peppery spice from the bourbon barrels.

Named after Midleton's Master Distiller, "Barry Crockett Legacy" is an exceptional, limited edition spirit composed of several pot still whiskies which have been distilled and matured over the past twenty two years. The resulting spirit, bottled without the use of chill-filtering, offers a complex nose of barley, pear, citrus fruit, floral honey and fresh herbs, supported by rich notes of creamy vanilla and toasted oak. The elegant, medium-bodied palate opens with notes of mandarin orange, lime zest, honey and apricot, which merge with pear, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and spice on the long finish.

The palate offers more depth than the nose suggests, with rich, weighty notes of dried fruit, honey, ginger, toffee and baking spice carrying through to the exceedingly long finish.

Matured in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American Bourbon whiskey barrels, Redbreast 15 Year Old is bottled without the use of chill filtering, and at a higher proof than the classic Redbreast 12 Year Old. The nose is subtle and refined, with elegant aromas of berry fruit, spice and toasted wood, accented by a touch of caramel. The palate offers more depth than the nose suggests, offering rich, robust notes of fig, blackberry, toffee, roasted nuts, chocolate and nougat which merge with bold, resinous oak spice on the long finish.

Produced at the Cooley Distillery, Slane Castle is a well balanced blend of malt and grain Irish Whiskey which has been matured for at least four years in ex-Bourbon American oak casks. The nose is sweet and light with aromas of malt, caramel and vanilla, while the palate is full and smooth, showing notes of grain, honey, citrus and raisin. Hints of spice, malt and oak appear on the slightly dry finish.

Distilled in the old Irish tradition, Tyrconnell 10 Year Old Port Finish Single Malt Irish Whiskey is matured for ten years in American oak, and then aged for an additional six to eight months in ex-port casks to impart further depth and flavor. This results in a rich, textured, full-bodied spirit with subtly sweet hints of ripe fruit, caramel, nougat, cocoa and vanilla on the nose and palate.
