Because of it's high proof, Bacardi 151 is a great choice for most rum-based cocktails. As Bacardi 151 is highly flammable, it can (with a great deal of caution) be used in novelty drinks like the Flaming Dr. Pepper. We highly recommend that this not be consumed straight.
