Created from a combination of winter wheat and rye, Zyr Russian Vodka is produced using a patented 9-5-3 formula - nine filtrations, five distillations and three taste-tests. The resulting spirit is surprisingly complex, with assertive aromas of wheat, rye bread and minerals, accentuated by a touch of dried herbs. The palate hints at sweetness, with a rich, textured note of grain mash leading to a peppery, herbal finish.
