In 1849, British-born Samuel Smith purchased a 30 acre plot of land in Australia so he could begin a new life. He named his new land "Yalumba", which is Aboriginal for "all the land around". He and his son planted the first vines on the property, and five generations and 160 years later, Yalumba is Australia's oldest family owned winery.

Matured for 8 months in French oak, Yalumba Bush Vine Grenache is an elegant, structured red offering inviting aromas of ripe red fruit accented by hints of lavender and vanilla. Earthy notes of spice, oak and savory herbs add depth and complexity to the medium-bodied, fruit-forward palate.
