Creme Yvette, once a popular cocktail ingredient, has finally been reintroduced to the public after 40 years! This revivial of Creme Yvette is composed of dried violet petals from Provence, and a berry maceration (a mix of blackberries, red raspberries, wild strawberries, and cassis) sourced from Burgundy. A spice blend of honey, orange peel and vanilla were then added to complete the flavor profile.
