The region's first stand-alone distillery, Finger Lakes Distilling overlooks the beautiful Seneca Lake from a hillside in the heart of New York's wine country. As a New York State Farm Distillery, they use locally grown fruits and grains to produce their range of high quality, handcrafted spirits. Matured for a whole eighteen minutes, White Pike Whiskey is a refined, flavorful spirit handcrafted from corn, spelt and malted wheat. It's incredibly easy drinking despite its young age, with bright notes of naturally sweet corn lingering through the smooth finish.
