Tincup American Whiskey is made from rye, corn, malted barley and pure Rocky Mountain water and aged in American white oak casks. The spicy character of the rye contrasts with the sweet corn notes, and is balanced well by the addition of the barley malt. Pronounced aromas of brown sugar, baked apple and black pepper lead to a balanced, medium bodied palate of corn, dried fruit, butterscotch and oak, complemented by softer notes of maple and sweet cherry to round out the palate, creating a balanced yet complex flavor profile.
