Established in 1911, the Joh. Jos. Prum estate is located in the Middle Mosel Valley, one of the coldest winegrowing regions in the world. Surprisingly, these climate conditions allow the Riesling grape to develop characteristics that express the unique terroir of Northern Germany.

This off-dry Riesling displays delicate floral and herbal notes, balanced by hints of lime and peach. Crisp acidity and a refreshing minerality lead to an elegant, mouthwatering finish. Pair with seafood or poultry dishes.
