When the grapes for Gutierrez Colosia Moscatel are harvested, the clusters are laid out on sandy flats near the ocean and dried for two weeks. After most of the moisture has evaporated, they are finally crushed and fermented. The wine is then aged in solera for four years. This creates a luscious, concentrated, intensely flavorful sherry with aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle. The palate is sweet yet delicate and perfectly balanced.

We expected Heron Chardonnay to be a rather average, unassuming California white, but we're not too proud to admit it when we're wrong. This is a killer value white of stunning quality and complexity for the price tag. The perfect level of oak maturation augments—rather than overshadows—the ripe white fruit aromas and flavors, resulting in a wonderfully rich, full-bodied wine.

A vibrant salmon pink color, this rose is abundantly aromatic with notes of strawberry and wild flowers. The palate is off-dry and refreshingly crisp, with flavors of strawberry, ruby grapefruit, and watermelon.
