Description   Vinum Africa picks and sorts all of their grapes by hand. Two thirds undergo malolactic fermentation in barrel, while the other third is fermented in tank to retain a balance of fruit character. The wine is then aged French and American oak. This creates a Cabernet of a deep, vibrant cherry red that's fruit-forward and very drinkable. Rich, spicy and inviting aromas introduce a palate that is layered and generous. The oak influence compliments the natural fruit components, resulting in flavors of cigar box, blueberry, spice, cherry, currant, coffee and chocolate, while a fresh note of minerality appears on the finish. Product of South Africa Alcohol by Volume: 14%
