Composed of 70% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this aromatic Amarone displays bold notes of black cherry, plum, and fruit cake on the nose. Full bodied and rich on the palate, pronounced flavors of cherry, vanilla, and coffee lead to a lingering finish.

Genevieve Genever is the Anchor Distilling Company's attempt at re-creating early genever, which was based on pot-distilled grain mash. While they use the same botanicals that go into their Junipero Dry Gin, this is an entirely unique spirit. Unlike English gins, it is a robust, rich, almost oily spirit that will mix beautifully in classic cocktails.

Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Vermouth is created by infusing Long Island Chardonnay with a blend of herbs, roots, barks and spices, including cardamom, quassia, wild celery, orange peel, Japanese shitake and nigella. The wine is then blended with small-batch apple brandy and dark caramel, hand-spun from Indian Muscovado. The result is rich, earthy and delightfully bittersweet, with intricate notes of berry, dried herbs, citrus and spice which linger through the finish.

In the making of this limited spirit, the Malt Master, David Stewart, carefully selected rare reserves of Balvenie that had been matured for 21 years in traditional oak casks, and transferred them to port casks for a few months. On the nose, The Balvenie "Portwood Finished" 21 Year Old offers aromas of ripe fruit, raisin and peat smoke, backed by notes of toffee and toasted almond. The influence of the port casks is especially noticeable on the palate, where it mingles with complex flavors of peat, honey, anise and marzipan. Notes of spice, cedar and walnut appear on the long, smooth finish.

Berta Bric del Gaian was distilled from marc of the aromatic Moscato grape in small copper pot stills, and then aged in medium-toasted barrels from October of 1995 until February 2006. The result is an absolutely incomparable grappa that will grab you from first sip.

Blandy's Malmsey Colheita Madeira 1994 offers enticing aromas of dried fruit, toffee and dark chocolate. Notes of vanilla, oak, toasted almond and honey appear on the sweet, full bodied palate and linger through the long finish. It is an excellent accompaniment to cakes, fruit, chocolate, pralines and rich cheeses.
