Established in 1975, Venturini Baldini is located in the Parco di Roncolo, a natural park which incorporates the forests at the eastern edge of the town of Quattro Castella. The winery recently obtained organic certification for their Lambrusco and Malvasia holdings, although they had been practicing organic farming techniques for years.
Venturini Baldini Lambrusco dell'Emilia is a lively sparkling red with a floral, fruit-forward nose and an off-dry, medium-bodied palate. Bright notes of raspberry, cherry and blackberry are complemented by refreshing acidity and a clean, lingering finish.
