720 milliliter bottle of Akitabare Suirakuten "Heaven of Tipsy Delight" Daiginjo Japanese sake Angry Orchard "The Muse" Farmhouse Hard Cider Artemisia-Bugnon Distillery "Butterfly" Classic Absinthe

Akitabare Suirakuten "Heaven of Tipsy Delight" Daiginjo is aged for two years after brewing, allowing this particularly nuanced sake the opportunity to develop luscious, juicy melon and muscat grape characteristics. While gentle, this is a daiginjo that will keep you fascinated to the last glass.

Inspired by the festive nature of slightly sweet demi-sec champagnes and sparkling wines, the Angry Orchard Cider Company crafted "The Muse". The cider makers at Angry Orchard have experimented with select apple blends, wood-aging and fermentation methods to create this specialty release. The Muse has a distinct juicy apple aroma and is slightly sweet on the front palate, balanced by a bright acidity, and finishes slightly dry with a lingering flavor of sweet, fresh apples. This is an effervescent, fruit-forward cider perfect for celebratory occasions or as an unconventional alternative to white wine.

Created more than 100 years ago for American consumers who may have been looking for a slightly more accessible taste profile, Butterfly adds citrus and mint notes to the flavors of anise and fennel and the slight bitterness of wormwood, and this flavor marriage makes it a perfect absinthe for the classic drip serve, while it is also especially suitable in “digestive” cocktails and in those with a fruit base.

Bache-Gabrielsen Natur & Eleganse XO Cognac Castarede Reserve de la Famille 20 Year Old Armagnac Castarede Armagnac Vintage 1975

Silver Medal - San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2010

Produced without the traditional permitted additives (caramel, sugar and oak extract), Natur & Eleganse XO is a blend of 60% Fin Bois Cognac, 25% Grande Champagne Cognac and 15% Petite Champagne Cognac. Elegant and complex, it has been aged in Limousin oak casks for over 10 years and offers layers of mellow fruit flavors complemented by light floral notes and a hint of vanilla on the dry finish.

Reserve de la Famille boasts full, harmonious aromas of ripe fruit, leather and spice with hints of toasty oak. The palate is smooth and slightly sweet with complex layers of toffee, nutmeg, vanilla and honey that follow through to the creamy, long lasting finish.

Founded in 1832 under Napoleon III, Castarede is the oldest Armagnac trading house in existence. Their vineyards are situated in the heart of the Bas-Armagnac region and are planted with Folle Blache, Colombard and Saint-Emillion varietals, which are carefully monitored to ensure quality. After the distillation process, the Armagnacs are aged in black oak barrels for a number of years in the family's 100 year old cellars. One is situated on the banks of the Baise river at Pont de Bordes, which is an exceptional location for aging Armagnac due to the temperature-regulating effect of the river. The other is surrounded by their vineyards in Bas-Armagnac.

Casteller Cava is a clean and refreshing sparkling wine, with hints of lime and other citrus. Its finish is light and delicate.

Beautiful golden in color, Chateau Suau Sauternes is an excellent dessert wine with rich notes of ripe apricot, passion fruit, stewed peach and honey, complemented by a delicate floral quality. A sharp note of botrytis is present on the palate, but is balanced by the sweetness and pleasant acidity. Full-bodied and smooth, this is an excellent pairing for rich desserts, fruit tarts, and a variety of cheeses.

Crafted from seven different variety of apples from the Finger Lakes Region of New York, Cliffton Premium Dry Cider's harvest team hand-picks each apple and separates and sorts their apple selection by varietal. Apples are then cold-pressed for premium first pressed quality juice, which is transported to their organically certified stainless steel wine tanks for a slow fermentation for up to two months and finally comes the carbonation and the bottling. The resulting cider is wonderfully delicate, pure and captivatingly clean and refreshing. Enjoy it straight, mix it with your favorite cocktail that requires sparkling wine.

Disznoko Tokaji Aszu 5 Puttonyos is an exceptional, high quality blend of Furmint, Harslevelu and Zeta aszu grapes, offering enticing aromas of fresh fruit, wildflowers, honey and creamy vanilla. Perfectly balanced notes of peach, lemon, honey and tropical fruit appear on the palate, and merge with a delicate mineral note on the long finish.

The Atmospheres is a blend of 80% Folle Blanche and 20% Pinot Noir. The Folle Blanche is planted on sandy and clay soils and the Pinot Noir to gneiss. The wine was produced using the Traditional Method and was aged on its lees for 18 months before disgorgement. A youthful wine that offers notes of white stone fruit, ripe lemons, peaches and pears and a long mineral driven finish.
