Composed of 70% Corvina Veronese, 25% Rondinella, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon, this aromatic Amarone displays bold notes of black cherry, plum, and fruit cake on the nose. Full bodied and rich on the palate, pronounced flavors of cherry, vanilla, and coffee lead to a lingering finish.

Atsby "Armadillo Cake" Vermouth is created by infusing Long Island Chardonnay with a blend of herbs, roots, barks and spices, including cardamom, quassia, wild celery, orange peel, Japanese shitake and nigella. The wine is then blended with small-batch apple brandy and dark caramel, hand-spun from Indian Muscovado. The result is rich, earthy and delightfully bittersweet, with intricate notes of berry, dried herbs, citrus and spice which linger through the finish.

The VSOP is a balanced blend of eaux-de-vie from Petite Champagne and Fins Bois that has been aged in French Limousin casks between 5 and 7 years. It offers soft floral aromas and a light, fruit-forward palate with spicy vanilla notes appearing on the long, lively finish.

Inspired by an obscure Alsatian distillate called Eau de Vie de Bourgeons de Sapin, Clear Creek Douglas Fir Eau de Vie is created by infusing the springtime buds of the Douglas Fir into unaged brandy, which is then re-distilled and re-infused with more buds. It's vibrant green color, inviting pine aroma, and fresh, complex flavor are derived naturally, as no artificial colors or flavors have been added.

Composed of Palomino and Pedro Ximenez grapes, Dry Sack "Solera Especial" 15 Year Old Sweet Old Oloroso Sherry has been matured for a minimum of fifteen years in the solera system, allowing it to develop a powerful and complex flavor profile. Sweet notes of raisin, vanilla, toffee and caramel are beautifully balanced by roasted nuts, burnt sugar and toasted coffee. A touch of spice lingers through the finish.

Glenmorangie 10 Year Old is light-bodied, with notes of stone fruit and citrus interlaced with creamy honey and walnut. Peat and smokiness appear on the finish.

Germain-Robin Absinthe Superieure is slightly spicy on the nose, with pronounced notes of star anise that are complemented by light notes of citrus and honey. Light and smooth on the palate, a subtle sweetness gives way to a refreshing cooling sensation, especially noticeable on the finish. High West has created their Manhattan following the authentic pre-Prohibition recipe, and then aged the mixture in the rye whiskey's American white oak barrel for 90 days. The time spent in oak allows the spiciness of the rye to fully integrate with the sweet, herbal flavors of the vermouth and the complexity of the bitters - a result that can not be achieved by making the cocktail from scratch.


First produced in 1892, Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur is created by infusing quality cognac with mandarin orange peels from Andalusia, Sicily and Corsica, along with a secret blend of aromatic herbs and spices. It is then matured in order to give the liqueur an even richer taste. Enjoy straight over ice, mixed with tonic, or as a key ingredient in a variety of cocktails.
