Maison Lillet's first new product in fifty years, Lillet Rose is created from a blend of the red and white Grand Cru Bordeaux wine varietals used to produce Lillet Blanc and Lillet Rouge. The wine is then married with artisanal liqueurs crafted from sweet orange peels from Spain and bitter orange peels from Haiti, and a proprietary blend of fruit liqueurs sourced near and produced in Masion Lillet's distillery in Podensac. A small amount of Peruvian quinine is then added to the final blend. Its rose color and taste profile are achieved by adding red fruit liqueurs and a very small amount of Lillet Rouge, using a traditional Champagne blending method to ensure a consistent color throughout. The result is a bright, fruit-forward aperitif with notes of ripe berry, wildflower, melon and stone fruit, complemented by the traditional sweet and bitter citrus notes.

Minato Harbor Tsuchizaki Yamahai Futsu Mountain View Amador County Zinfandel Parcel 41 Merlot

Produced in the traditional Yamahai brewing method, this sake is tangy, rich, and mildly sweet with vibrant acidity. Incredibly food-friendly, it is hearty enough to stand up to fried seafood, grilled chicken, and more.

Crafted from organic grapes sourced from Clockspring Vineyards, Mountain View Amador County Zinfandel is a vibrant, fruit-forward wine bursting with rich notes of blackberry, plum and earth. A twelve month maturation in American oak barrels lends structure and complexity, as well as hints of oak and spice which linger through the finish.

Sweet aromas of red berry and mocha lead to rich, abundant flavors of licorice, blackberry, and smokey oak. Beautifully balanced, with well-integrated acidity and tannin, this full-bodied Merlot will complement game and poultry dishes.
