Genevieve Genever is the Anchor Distilling Company's attempt at re-creating early genever, which was based on pot-distilled grain mash. While they use the same botanicals that go into their Junipero Dry Gin, this is an entirely unique spirit. Unlike English gins, it is a robust, rich, almost oily spirit that will mix beautifully in classic cocktails.
Blandy's Malmsey Colheita Madeira 1994 offers enticing aromas of dried fruit, toffee and dark chocolate. Notes of vanilla, oak, toasted almond and honey appear on the sweet, full bodied palate and linger through the long finish. It is an excellent accompaniment to cakes, fruit, chocolate, pralines and rich cheeses.

Boyd & Blair Professional Proof Vodka was created with both professional bartenders and home mixologists in mind. Like the Boyd & Blair 80 Proof, it is expertly handcrafted in small batches from locally-grown Pennsylvania potatoes, however this release is bottled at 151 proof - the perfect base for creating bitters, liqueurs, aperitifs, classic punches and more.

Corsair Red Absinthe is a unique interpretation of the spirit, combining a traditional absinthe recipe with unconventional ingredients like citrus, tarragon and red Hibiscus flowers. When water is added, Corsair Red develops a lovely pink-hued pearlescent louche and offers pronounced floral aromas backed by anise, fennel, citrus and spice. The Hibiscus flowers are very apparent on the palate, lending bittersweet floral notes which are complemented by tangy citrus fruit, grassy herbal notes and a delicate spiciness. Although certainly not a traditional absinthe, Corsair Red is a distinctive expression that will also add a unique element to both classic and modern cocktails.
After more than a year's maturation in small white oak barrels, Corzo Anejo develops a warm gold color and inviting aromas of toffee, wildflower, and dried apricot. The palate retains the delicate sweetness of agave nectar with earthy, woody and vegetal notes lending delicious complexity.
The apple inside of Pomme Prisonniere was grown inside of the decanter and lends further flavor and aroma to this fine spirit. The apple will last indefinitely as long as it is covered in Calvados.

Hillrock Estate Distillery Solera Aged Bourbon is the first bourbon in the world to be aged in this manner. It is produced by marrying mature seed bourbon with mature estate bourbon, then finishing the blend in twenty year old Oloroso sherry casks before bottling. The resulting spirit offers a pronounced nose of caramel, dried fruit, vanilla, oak and spice, accented by an elegant floral note. The complex, full-bodied palate opens with rich notes of brown sugar, molasses and toffee, quickly followed by roasted corn, clove, cinnamon and a touch of spicy rye. Characteristic Oloroso sherry notes of walnut, fig and candied fruit merge with caramel and butterscotch on the long, balanced finish.
94 Points - Whisky Advocate Produced once a year in very small batches, Laphroaig "Triple Wood" is a limited edition release which has been matured in three types of casks. The spirit is first matured for 5 - 13 years in Maker's Mark ex-bourbon barrels, then transferred into small 19th century-style quarter casks for the second maturation. After aging in these casks for 9 months, the whisky is transferred into specially selected Oloroso sherry casks for their final maturation, which is split into two parts - the whisky spends 9 months in first fill sherry butts and then 21 - 24 months in refill sherry butts. This extensive aging has imparted remarkable flavor and texture to the whisky, creating a truly unique expression of Laphroaig. To preserve the intricate balance of flavors, "Triple Wood" has not been chill-filtered.
Marteau Absinthe de la Belle Epoque is a faithful reproduction of the finest 19th Century absinthe. These botanicals - Grande Wormwood, Anise, Fennel, Angelica, Iris, Petite Wormwood and Melissa - lend color, complex flavor, and a beautiful, opalescent louche.
