Nicolas Catena Zapata is made from a selection of the best grapes grown in the Catena Zapata vineyards. The wine is only produced in outstanding vintage years. Made in an elegantly modern style, this exceptionally age-worthy wine is deeply aromatic with notes of dark fruit, anise, baking spices, and earth. The palate is layered, deep, and perfectly structured with flavors of blackberry, cherry, raspberry, violet, dark chocolate, and leather. Sweet tannins carry through the long finish.

(96-100) Points - Wine Enthusiast
Chartreuse Yellow V.E.P. has been given special treatment, allowing it to reach exceptional quality. It is made with the same secret formula as the traditional liqueur, but it has been subjected to long periods of aging in oak casks. The V.E.P. is produced in a very limited quantity with a wax-sealed cork, a back-label wax-stamped with the Chartreuse seal, and presented in a wooden box marked with a branding iron. Every bottle is identified by it's own number.

93 Points - Wine Advocate
The 1968 vintage boasts rich aromas of roasted nuts, caramel and raisins backed by a strong citrus note. Flavors of almond, walnut, orange and vanilla dominate the full, smooth palate, and linger through the long, savory finish.

Distilled in limited quantities, Pyrat "Cask 1623" is a smooth, distinctive blend of premium Caribbean rums which have been aged in oak barrels for up to forty years. The result is an elegant, refined spirit with delicate notes of honey, caramel, citrus fruit and sweet spice on the nose and palate. Each hand-blown decanter is adorned with the image of Hoti, the patron saint and protector of bartenders, and is enclosed in a handcrafted walnut case.
