The Trappolini Winery, founded in the 1960s, is located in the Lazio region of Rome, not too far from the Umbrian border. The Trappolini's are dedicated to creating high quality wines that respect the tradition and style of the area, and primarily use the region's local grapes.

Composed of equal parts Sangiovese and Montepulciano, this medium-bodied red blend displays fresh notes of black cherry, raspberry, and plum on both the nose and palate. Medium acidity and light tannins lead to a pleasant minerality on the finish. Enjoy with rich red meat or hearty pasta dishes.
