Description   90 Points - Wine Spectator Tramin’s “Unterebner" is made of 100% Pinot Grigio. After a gentle pressing, the must is clarified by natural sedimentation and fermented. After five months’ refinement in stainless steel tanks, the result is a superlative Italian Pinot Grigio. This wine is bright yellow in color with copper reflections. On the nose, clear fruit aromas of pear, citrus, honeysuckle, tropical fruit and light spices permeate; on the palate, Unterebner is rich and velvety, with a well-integrated acidic structure. This is a round, satisfying wine that is perfect for a meal of antipasti, risotto with asparagus, omelettes or pasta. Product of Italy Alcohol by Volume: 13.5%
