Description   The Duchess Though absinthe is often enjoyed with just water and sugar, it is an important component in many cocktails. This cocktail is sweet and refreshing, with Kubler 53 lending a prominent anise component. 1 oz. Kubler 53 Absinthe 1 oz. Noilly Prat Original French Dry Vermouth 1 oz. Noilly Prat Original French Sweet Vermouth 1 dash orange bitters (we suggest Fee Brothers or Regan's No. 6)* Stir with ice in a mixing glass and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. *Not included. Due to New York State regulations, we can't sell certain types of bitters. In the state of NY, check your local supermarket, as they are classified as a food product. In most other states, they should be available at your local spirits retailer.
