Matured for ten to fifteen years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and thirty year old Matusalem Oloroso sherry casks from Gonzalez Byass, The Dalmore "Cigar Malt Reserve" is an aromatic, full-bodied expression meant to be paired with a fine cigar. The nose opens with inviting aromas of fig, cocoa, orange and raisin, followed by rich sherry notes and a gentle smokiness. The palate is big, bold and rich, offering robust flavors of dark chocolate, raisin, citrus peel, tropical fruit, vanilla, Oloroso sherry and spice. Notes of ginger, licorice, oak and charcoal emerge on the long, balanced finish.
The Dalmore 18 Year Old was matured in American white oak for fourteen years, transferred to Matusalem Spanish sherry butts for three years, then married for another twelve months in upstanding sherry butts. A complex nose of lemongrass, pine, almond, toffee and cinnamon leads to a rich, full-bodied palate with layered notes of citrus fruit, chocolate, coffee, vanilla and spice. Elegant hints of jasmine and violets complement flavors of marzipan and caramel on the lingering finish.
The Dalmore "1263 King Alexander III" is a rich, luxurious single malt which has been matured for decades in a variety of wine casks. Aged Oloroso and Madeira butts lend a backbone of crushed almond and lively citrus fruit, while Port and Marsala casks add hints of wild berry and ripe plum. Warm vanilla and toffee notes from the bourbon barrels are accented by a touch of ripe red fruit from the Cabernet Sauvignon barriques. Hints of cinnamon, dark chocolate, coffee and lavender add depth and complexity to the bold oak finish.

The Dalmore 1974 was matured for more than three decades in American white oak bourbon barrels, then finished in a thirty year old Matusalem sherry butt from Gonzalez Byass. The bold, complex nose offers intense aromas of orange zest, cinnamon, chocolate and ripe tropical fruits, accented by tones of licorice, ripe apple and coffee. The rich, medium-bodied palate is constantly evolving, displaying notes of citrus fruit, dark chocolate, caramel apple, walnut, orange marmalade and spice, culminating in a bold oak finish. Only 948 bottles produced.
The Dalmore "Astrum", Latin for "constellation", is an exceptional vintage whisky which has spent a majority of the last four decades maturing in American white oak casks from Kentucky, before being finished for eighteen months in thirty year old Matusalem casks from Gonzalez Byass. The resulting spirit is nothing short of a masterpiece - the nose opens with bold aromas of blood orange, crushed apple and pear, followed by melon, walnut and cinnamon. Notes of roses, jasmine, coriander and cocoa powder appear with time. The complex, medium-bodied palate offers bright top notes of blackberry, citrus and tropical fruit, complemented by layered notes of ginger, anise, caramel, oak, vanilla and chocolate which linger through the intense finish. Only 500 bottles produced.
The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1969 Cask 14 is an exceptional forty two year old whisky which has been matured in American white oak for thirty six years, then transferred to a thirty year old Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt for four years, before being finished for two years in an ex-bourbon barrel. The resulting spirit boasts inviting aromas of black toffee, candied orange, bitter chocolate and Jamaica pepper, followed by notes of Oolong tea, fig, raisin, creamy caramel and ripe mango. The palate displays rich notes of banana fig cake, poached fruit, almond, cinnamon and pecan pie, while hints of toasted pistachios, peach syrup, fudge and pineapple emerge on the lasting finish. Only 233 bottles released.

The palate displays bold notes of toffee apple, chocolate fudge and pear with hints of cocoa, nutmeg and ripe banana lingering through the finish. Only 224 bottles released.
The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1973 Cask 10 has been matured in American white oak for thirty two years, then transferred into a French oak, Cabernet Sauvignon cask for three years, before being finished for three years in a small batch Kentucky bourbon barrel. A complex nose of apple blossom, forest fruit, blackcurrants, plum and creme brulee, leads to notes of ripe grape, citrus peel, raisin and spicy marzipan on the palate. Hints of cranberry, black cherry and Muscatel emerge on the long finish. Only 223 bottles released.

Matured in an Apostoles Oloroso Sherry butt for twenty six years and finished for two years in a distillery run Kentucky bourbon barrel, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1983 Cask 2 is a remarkably complex whisky with incredible character. Rich aromas of fresh ground Java coffee, praline chocolate, creme brulee and crushed almond lead to notes of glazed black cherry, patchouli oil, sweet raisin, cider apple and creamy caramel. The palate boasts distinctive notes of candied orange, ripe apricot, maraschino cherry and pear, followed by nutmeg, espresso, treacle cake and balsamic dressing. Hints of roasted chestnut, date and banana cake emerge on the lingering finish. Only 43 bottles released.
The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1989 Cask 6 was matured in a freshly emptied bourbon barrel for seventeen years, then transferred to a Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt where it aged for an additional five years. The resulting spirit boasts bold aromas of marzipan, spicy cinnamon and fruit tart, complemented by hints of fresh rye bread, lime marmalade and vanilla pod. The palate opens with notes of ripe pineapple, melon, peach syrup and fig which are enhanced by whispers of fresh ground coffee, balsamic vinaigrette and orange peel. A touch of molasses lingers through the finish. Only 327 bottles released.
Matured in American white oak for nineteen years and finished in a Matusalem Oloroso Sherry butt for two years, The Dalmore Constellation Collection Vintage 1990 Cask 18 displays complex aromas of bergamot, gooseberry, honeyed pear, apple tart and fresh linen, complemented by vanilla pod, peach syrup, sandalwood, ginger and crepe suzette. Notes of sweet mango, panna cotta, cherry and banana emerge on the palate and are accented by hints of lemon cake and tropical fruit. Plum, nectarine, ginger spice and walnut linger through the long finish. Only 777 bottles released.
