Based on a traditional Jamaican recipe, The Bitter Truth Pimento Dram is created by macerating pimentos in fine Jamaican rum. English explorers coined the term "allspice" because the pimentos seemed to embody the flavors of many different spices all at once. This distinctive, aromatic liqueur is sweet and spicy with bold notes of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and pepper that linger on the palate. Its intense flavor is indispensable in many Tiki drinks as well as classic cocktails.
