American Fruits Bartlett Pear Liqueur Averell Damson Gin Liqueur Avignonesi Vino Nobile di Montepulciano

The Bartlett Pear Liqueur is a blend of locally grown pears and Warwick Valley Winery's pear brandy. Finished in oak casks, this unique liqueur has aromas and flavors of ripe pear with hints of vanilla and toasted oak.

Created by infusing Damson plums with small-batch American gin, Averell displays sweet aromas of berry, plum and spice that lead to a tart, full flavored palate. Rich, concentrated notes of fresh fruit linger on the finish.

This Vino Nobile is made up primarily of Prugnolo Gentile (Sangiovese) and has a silky palate, rich cherry fruit and a full body. This is a great alternative to more expensive Brunellos.

Clear Creek Oregon Cranberry Liqueur Clear Creek Apple In The Bottle Apple Brandy Domaine Karydas

This cranberry liqueur originally started as an experiment. The distillers selected berries from the Southern Oregon coast and blended small batches of them together to find the perfect composition. The resulting liqueur has intense cranberry flavor that is entirely true to the fruit: tart, lightly sweet, and very fruity.

To create Clear Creek's "Apple In The Bottle", carefully selected Golden Delicious apples are actually grown inside the bottle - a labor intensive task that takes place when the apples are still small enough to be inserted through the neck of the bottles. Since Clear Creek does not use preservatives or artificial cleaning solutions, each apple and each bottle must be scrubbed by hand before the bottle is filled with their barrel-aged apple eau-de-vie. The apple will be preserved as long as it is covered by the eau-de-vie.

Domaine Karydas is a traditional Xinomavro matured for eighteen to twenty months in French oak barrels, then spends another four to five months in the bottle before the vintage is released. Both the nose and palate are remarkably powerful, showing concentrated notes of blackberry, plum, spice and woodsmoke, with hints of roast coffee and earth adding complexity. Firm tannins and bold acidity merge with luscious dark fruit on the long finish.

On the nose, the Rare Amontillado "Escuadrilla" displays pronounced aromas of brown sugar, nuts, and honey backed by a soft floral note. Dry and rich on the palate, notes of caramel, roasted walnut, coffee, and white pepper lead to hints of smoke and molasses on the finish.

Created by infusing high quality neutral spirits with ripe cranberries from Massachusetts, Flag Hill Cranberry Liqueur truly captures the essence of the fruit with vibrant berry aromas and an excellent balance of tart and sweet flavors.

A remarkable value, Jean-Maurice Raffault "Les Galluches" is composed entirely of Cabernet Franc and has been aged for eight months in used oak barrels. The nose is fresh and expressive with aromas of ripe berry and smoke, while the complex, fruit-driven palate offers mulberry, roasted pepper, bitter orange and tobacco. Lively acidity and structured tannins merge with chalky minerality and a hint of spice on the finish.

Lise Baccara La Troussepinete Rouge Livon Picotis Schioppettino Marques de Casa Concha Pinot Noir

Lise Baccara "La Troussepinete" Rouge is a traditional French dessert wine originating in the Vendee, a coastal region located north of Cognac. Young blackthorn shoots are harvested in the spring, sliced into small sections and macerated for one to two months in low alcohol cognac. Red wine and sugar are then blended with the infused spirit, resulting in a sweet, fruit-forward wine with bold notes of cherry, plum, red grape and tart raspberry.

Composed entirely of Schioppettino, Livon "Picotis" offers a vibrant nose of ripe raspberry, cherry and blackberry, accented by hints of tar and smoke. Thirteen months of oak maturation has contributed delicate notes of vanilla, cedar and spice to the structured, fruit-forward palate.

Marques de Casa Concha Pinot Noir is produced with grapes that have been handpicked from the San Julian vineyard, located nineteen miles from the Pacific Ocean on the south bank of the Limari River. Matured for fourteen months in French oak, this limited production wine is a bold, concentrated red with vibrant notes of ripe cherry, strawberry and raspberry, accented by hints of toasted oak and earth. Balanced acidity and fine tannins lend structure to the lingering finish.
