Exquisite is really the only word to describe this beverage. It's sweet, but backs off enough not to be cloying. Don't expect an "Elderflower" taste experience, of something new, because it tastes like lychee, pear, and other subtle fruit notes. Expect this bottle to be gone quick too, it's that good. Mixes well with anything, really shined with the addition of reduced sugar white grape juice for me.

Great liqueur. Try 2oz St Ger., 2oz Sav Blanc, Squeeze of lime and then top off with lime soda. Incredibly refreshing drink on a hot day. Almost tastes like lychee soda.

think lychee fruit!! this is a wonderful product. tangy and sweet. not universal for all drinks but a mere splash can fruity up the classics...V&T, G&T, margaritas. Have not tried the wine based cocktails, which suggested in the little booklet that comes with each bottle. Ice + St.Germain + soda water = delicious summer drink. The bottle, the booklet, the labels, all very handsome.
