Established in 1982, St. George Spirits was founded on the principles of Old World eau de vie distillation. Whether it be a vodka, absinthe, liqueur or brandy, every release from St. George is expertly created in small batches on copper pot stills, and does not contain any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. The distillery incorporates organic, locally-grown fruit, vegetables, herbs and grains into their products whenever possible, and every ingredient is used in its entirety to maximize the aromas and flavors of the spirit.

Created in small batches from fresh, California-grown sugarcane, St. George Spirits "Agua Libre" is produced in the style of Martinique rhum agricole, but displays distinctive West Coast character. A powerful nose of fresh grass, truffle and black olive makes way for an intense palate of fresh cane juice and mineral-rich earth, accented by hints of lime and pineapple on the finish.
