Established nearly 30 years ago, St. George Spirits was founded on the principles of Old World eau de vie distillation. Whether it be a vodka, absinthe, liqueur or brandy, every release from St. George is expertly created in small batches on copper pot stills, and does not contain any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. The distillery incorporates organic, locally-grown fruit, vegetables, herbs and grains into their products whenever possible, and every ingredient is used in its entirety to maximize the aromas and flavors of the spirit.
To create "Breaking & Entering" Bourbon Whiskey, St. George traveled deep into the rickhouses of Kentucky's finest distilleries, hand-selected eighty barrels of 5 - 7 year old Kentucky Bourbon, then expertly blended them together, resulting in a bright, spicy bourbon with complex aromas and flavors of maple, banana, cherry, cinnamon, clove and vanilla.
