Established nearly 30 years ago, St. George Spirits was founded on the principles of Old World eau de vie distillation. Whether it be a vodka, absinthe, liqueur or brandy, every release from St. George is expertly created in small batches on copper pot stills, and does not contain any artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. The distillery incorporates organic, locally-grown fruit, vegetables, herbs and grains into their products whenever possible, and every ingredient is used in its entirety to maximize the aromas and flavors of the spirit.

To create St. George "Botanivore" Gin, master distiller Lance Winters outfitted his absinthe still with a custom-built Carter head assembly. Nineteen different botanicals were incorporated into this beautifully balanced spirit, including wildcrafted juniper and an array of choice herbs, spices and citrus. Smooth and elegant with vibrant herbal characteristics, Botanivore is a versatile addition to both classic and modern cocktails.
