 By combining Sorel ice cubes with gin and elderflower liqueur, you can enjoy a cocktail that is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

2 cubes   Jack From Brooklyn "Sorel" Liqueur
2 oz        New York Distilling Company "Perry's Tot" Navy Strength Gin
1 oz        St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Directions:
1. Fill an ice cube tray with Sorel and freeze.
2. Place frozen cubes of Sorel into a highball glass.
3. Add Perry's Tot" Navy Strength Gin and St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur - as Sorel ice cubes don't float, they will sit at the bottom of the glass, dissolving slowly.
