Over 150 pounds of the finest strawberries are de-stemmed by hand and macerated in each 55 Gallon micro-batch, then combined with pure cane sugar and LiV Vodka, a premium, artisanal potato spirit from Long Island, NY. The result is a rich, aromatic liqueur bursting with the essence of fresh, ripe strawberries on both the nose and palate. Sweet, yet well-balanced, Sorbetta is extremely versatile and can be utilized in a variety of cocktail creations.
