Singani has long been considered the national spirit of Bolivia. The government created a Domain of Origin (DO) and Geographical Indication (GI) to preserve the sanctity of origin and established strict production standards to ensure utmost quality. Singani 63 is made in the high altitudes of the Andes from a single variety of grape, i.e. the Muscat of Alexandria. The vineyards are located at 6,000 feet above sea level, which makes them among some of the highest vineyards in the world. After harvesting, the grapes are crushed, fermented and then distilled in the traditional pot stills.
Crafted from 100% Muscat of Alexandria, Singani 63 Brandy offers enticing aromas of lilacs, golden plum, honey and sweet spice. The medium-bodied palate is lush and complex with nuanced notes of tropical fruit, plum, bergamot and white pepper. Enjoy it chilled, or mix in your favorite cocktails.
