Established in 1951, Roland Champion is a small, family-owned winery located in the Grand Cru Village of Chouilly, in the "Cote des Blancs". Composed entirely of Chardonnay, Roland Champion Blanc de Blancs Brut boasts an attractive nose of ripe peach, lemon tart, warm biscuit and hazelnut. The palate is a remarkable combination of power and elegance, offering harmonious notes of pear, citrus, toasted almond and stony mineral, augmented by a creamy mouth-feel and a lively effervescence. Delicate notes of white fruit linger through the long, mineral-driven finish.
