Located in Kalispell, Montana, Ridge Distillery is owned and operated by Jules and Joe Legate, a husband and wife team dedicated to producing traditional, handcrafted artisanal spirits. Their small batch spirits are produced using copper alembic stills from Portugal, as well as the finest botanicals available - many of which are grown by the Legates in the Northwest Rocky Mountains.
Ridge Absinthe Blanche is a classic French-style absinthe produced by distilling grand wormwood, green anise, fennel, coriander, angelica, elecampane, melissa, roman wormwood, genepi and costmary with high quality grain spirits. The nose offers pronounced herbal and woodsy aromas which lead to complex, earthy notes of anise, fennel, grand wormwood and spicy peppercorn on the clean, balanced palate.
