This elegant combination of Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur, Prosecco and fresh fruit is perfect for Valentine's Day, as well as any other special occasion!

Rhuby Rhaspberry Kiss

2 oz. Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur
Carpene Malvolti Prosecco di Conegliano
Raspberries or strawberries*

Directions:
1. Muddle raspberries or strawberries.
2. Add 2 oz of Rhuby Rhubarb Liqueur and shake with ice.
3. Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top up with Prosecco.
4. Garnish with a frozen raspberry.

For a stronger option, 1 oz of Sobieski Vanilia Vodka or Brinley Gold Rum Coconut can be added before shaking.
