The Angostura Distillery is one of the Caribbean's most modern, utilizing five column stills at the home of the eponymous cocktail bitters. If you've ever enjoyed Angostura 1919, Renegade Rum Company Angostura Trinidad Rum 1991 will amaze; this exceptional bottling brings Angostura to another level of complexity and maturity. First aged in bourbon barrels, this spirit is then finished in Chateau Lafite casks for additional complexity and depth of flavor. Aged for a full 16 years, there are only 1,200 bottles of this rum in existence.
