Hans Reisetbauer is renowned for his spectacular eaux-de-vie, which are produced from the very finest perfectly ripe fruit grown under careful supervision. The juice is fermented without the addition of any sugar, and then distilled twice in copper pot stills.

Made from perfectly ripe Bartlett pears, the Reisetbauer Williams Pear Eau de Vie comes closer to the ideal aromatics of pear than many of the actual fruits. It is delicate yet highly concentrated, displaying intense pear aromas, a hint of spiciness, and the subtlest note of cut grass. Remarkably satisfying and ripe, this spirit should be enjoyed slightly chilled.
