Handcrafted by a third generation artisan distiller in a remote village in southern Germany, each expression of Pur Spirits is created from the finest fruits, flowers, spices, herbs and grains. To produce Pur Likor Williams Pear, the pears are harvested at a precise moment in their maturity then individually wrapped and stored, which allows the pears to fully ripen and develop an optimal aroma. The pears are then crushed and distilled in small batches - approximately thirty five pounds of Williams Pears are needed to produce just 750ml of distillate. The aromatic, highly concentrated result perfectly captures the essence of the Williams Pear with fresh, vibrant flavors and a delicate spice note lingering through the finish.
