Description
 
The Aberlour Distillery is at the heart of Speyside, the country's premier whisky-making region. Situated at the junction of the Lour and Spey Rivers, the distillery has a never-ending source of pure spring water which they utilize to create their spirits. This element, combined with hand-selected sherry casks, results in a balanced, complex spirit with a distinct flavor profile.

Aberlour 12 is pleasantly sweet, spicy, and fruit-forward. Rich notes of tangerine, apple, caramel, and nutty toffee are pronounced on both the nose and palate. These sweet flavors are beautifully complemented by underlying notes of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and dark chocolate. The spicy finish displays lingering notes of pepper and oak resin.
