Description   Out of Stock. The Cabernet Sauvignon vines are planted on some of Pride Mountain Vineyards’ most extreme rocky volcanic soils, located at a 2000+ foot elevation. This results in wines of a deeper color, and contributes to concentrated cassis and chocolate flavors. Pride vinifies and ages all of their vineyard lots separately, a labor-intensive process that allows for complete control to harvest at optimal ripeness and blend only complementary lots. This structured, weighty wine is blended from 58% Napa and 42% Sonoma lot harvest. Characteristics of black currant, cassis, cherry, blueberry, licorice, spice and tobacco saturate the nose and palate, with cocoa emerging on the minute-long finish. Inclusion of 9% Petit Verdot adds brightness and focus to the finish. As there are extremely small quantities available, we must limit this wine to one bottle per customer. Product of California Alcohol by Volume: 14.8%
