Only premium free-run juice was used with fermentation at cool temperatures to retain the fresh, lively varietal character. The 2005 is a classic example of the Plantagenet style: fresh citrus fruit flavors with a hint of minerality and a crisp finish. This is a dry wine to enjoy now or with several years of bottle age.
