Pitu is a light, aromatic and flavorful Cachaca that is perfect for making Caipirinhas. Just cut half of a lime into small pieces and place in an old-fashioned glass. Add two teaspoons of sugar and muddle. Fill the glass with crushed ice, add 1.5 ounces of Pitu, put contents in a shaker, shake well, and serve.
