Pierre Boniface wines are produced at Les Rocailles, a beautiful stretch of land nestled in the French Alps. This dry sparkling wine is composed of 60% Jacquere, 20% Chardonnay, and 20% Altesse. On both the nose and palate, delicate floral notes are complemented by green apple and a slight yeasty character. Crisp and refreshing, this wine can be enjoyed as an apertif or paired with chicken, seafood, and vegetable dishes.
