Located in the small town of Soave, the Pieropan Estate has been owned and operated by the family since its establishment in 1890. Composed of 85% Garganega and 15% Trebbiano di Soave, this is the freshest, youngest wine created by the Pieropan family. Soft notes of ripe peach, almond blossom and marzipan on the rich, textured palate are enhanced by crisp acidity and hint of honey on the finish. It is an excellent aperitif, but can also be enjoyed with light soups, vegetable based dishes, and seafood entrees.
